S2Ep8 - Congruence is Effortless with Anna Sale

Dear listeners,
Time moves in cycles, and with each beginning comes an opportunity to reflect. Imagine if we treated every new moon like New Years Day, taking time to set intentions and review all that the last cycle brought us. When we notice cycles on a smaller scale—once a month, once a day, once an hour—we become all the more aware of how we are always changing.
In the spirit of Saturday's new moon and the first days of spring, we are thrilled to share our new episode of Voices in the River, with the wonderful Anna Sale. It's an episode about reflection and prediction, endings and beginnings. With a bit of recording magic, it involves a kind of time travel!
Anna, who hosts the celebrated podcast “Death, Sex & Money,” was at a professional and personal turning point in January of 2024. As she was trying to predict what the new year had in store, she came to Rebecca for a “year ahead spread”—a tarot reading that would tell her what to expect and what to tap into in a time of tumult and transition. A year later, Anna joins Rebecca on the show to reflect on how last year’s reading manifested in her life, while also exploring her wishes for the present and future.
Anna’s podcast is Slate’s “Death, Sex & Money,” a show about “the things we think about a lot and need to talk about more.” Last spring, Anna had Rebecca on the show: “A Tarot Reader Explains Why Intuition is So Tricky”. Anna’s book is “Let’s Talk About Hard Things: The Life-Changing Conversations That Connect Us”.

Tarot II Class - The Space Between
In the spirit of creating community, I’m offering a tarot class for the first time since 2020. Please contact me if you are interested. It will be a small group, and it tends to fill fast.
Do you already have a basic understanding of the tarot? Or an occasional practice?
Join me to explore the spaces between and among the cards - noticing the stories they want to tell. This is an interactive class that includes creation of spreads and shared practices and readings. Basic understanding of the tarot is requested.
"The Tarot Mentorship class elevated my creativity as an artist to an entirely new level. My awareness and insight increased, inciting a new kind of inspiration. We learned to trust each other and our own intuition. I feel the space between the cards forged meaningful growth for us all and we continue to support each other long after the mentorship. This kind of experience is one which I still carry with me every day.” -Keri

I'm also open for consultations! If you would like some magickal support, please click the link below. I look forward to working with you.
Sending love and magick to all - Rebecca
